I use this company for my granddaughter who is disabled. I don't think I have ever had any issues the past 12 years I have had custody of her. When I call they are always nice and answer any questions I have.

Timely service. However, one caveat ... the deliverer often times leaves the packages just outside the garage door. I almost bumped into the packages a few times when backing my car out of the garage. Please ensure they are delivered at the front door, not garage door.
