I always get great interaction with the representatives but I don't always know when my order is shipping. Some months I'm a day or two behind when my sensors arrrive. For that, I'm not happy. And with the last order, I got a transmitter and its not time for a new transmitter. So I'm never sure what is coming, although I confirmed order on the 13th I never received it until the 19th. out of sensor on the 16th.

Home Care Delivered have provided efficient handling of the monthly delivery of my Dexcom 7 sensors with minimal administrative hassle.Deliveries have always been as promised. The only problems I have encountered have been outside of their control. Fed Ex delivery to our home address can be somewhat erratic and on a number of occasions we have not been notified of delivery. Further on one occasion two out of three sensors were defective and it requires 5 days to obtain replacements from Dexcom

Customer service has been good since I have been with HCD. But the problem is with whoever makes the adult briefs. Wish they would make them more absorbant, even the me (even the men's guards without being to bulky).
