This time there was something in the box to secure the sensors. This has been a concern of mine as the sensors in past rattle around in a flimsey box. Still want to see improvement there. This month, I had two sensors fail and had to get replacements from Dexcom. I talked to them about the way they have been delivered. Thanks for listening!

Customer service is polite and helpful, however I prefer email to a phone call but they do not respond to emails. When I receive notification that my shipment is ready I expect it to be mailed out sooner than two weeks.
