Easy to reorder and staff response to the call is excellent

We have been ordering our son's diabetes supplies from HCD for almost 5 years now and they have been great to work with! Easy to contact and quick to fix any issues.

The experience starts with a wonderful person called Trish she's polite knows each of her clients has a short chat with them to make them feel like they're a human being and then takes the order and within 3 days you usually receive it what better could you ask for thank you Trish

HCD has proven that they are reliable and willing to help any way they can. They have sent us multiple samples of diapers/pullups in the past so we could figure out what worked best for our daughter. They have aways been on time with the correct order and have always been polite and helpful when I've spoken to them
