Foremost, the ease of re-ordering my son's incontinent supplies is a plus! It's a simple procedure, and the simplicity of not having to call and wait for a representative to answer the phone is ideal I have had to speak to a representative on occasion, and they are always pleasant, helpful, and their attempts to resolve "problems" are quick and appreciated. Orders are delivered "on time".

Order pllacement is easy thank you. One change would be around holidays, my order was shipping on July 3rd, i was very close ot being out asked to ship earlier and was told that couldn't happen?

My catheters arrived on schedule and in good condition. I got an email asking me to confirm mu situation and order. I did so and all the rest happened on schedule. It took a while to get to this uneventful point, otherwise you might have gotten 5 stars!
