I love the pull ups and gloves! The wipes they switched to are horrible!! They stretch way out and are hard to pull out one at a time. This results in shoving them back in or them being wasted.

I've had issues in the past hopefully it won't happen again

The service is great most of the year. Getting the order renewed annually seems to involve communication difficulties between the company and the Dr's office.

The availability of this service, the supplies offered and the time of delivery is great. I really want to give 5-stars because when all is well, it is excellent. I would be remissed iifI did not share what would make HCD the best. When product amounts or sizes are changed, the reps need to provide good notes because I had a doctor's note for 100 briefs and when I changed from light absorbency to maximum absorption the amount of briefs per pack changed to where I received less than 100 briefs. Then when the brand was changed again, one rep stayed on the phone 20 minutes capturing all the details of the authorized number and type to receive starting the next month, but when the next month came to request shipping, I was delayed because the business model is to send number increases to business office, but this was already a doctor approved amount but someone did not investigate to see a delay was not required.

Let me start by saying I love this company for being so fast at delivering my monthly orders 1-2 days, but I hate that if I ask for a sample of product it can take closer to 2+ weeks to receive the samples. But this company does has its faults, like i have had several order issues lately. Like my last order which I added bladder control pads for females to my 1 pack of medium pull-ups turned into a disaster. There should have been enough bladder control pads for 5 changes a day. The sample code was PC-013 Prevail moderate control long length. First Then I asked to add the correct product when they added the wrong one (PV-811) Prevail Daily Male Gaurds, 4 packs and I am a female. When I called to correct this the woman just responded with a lot of females like those products but that's not what I asked for, is it? I did everything you told me to, I kept the sample product code (PC-013), my Dr told you how many changes I needed per day (5 times a day), I also told you how many changes per day (5 times a day), same amount. They still managed to send me the 4 packs of 14 of (PV-811) Prevail Daily male gaurds (56)and 3 packs of 16 (48) of the (PC-013)Prevail Daily Moderate long length female pads, 1 pack of medium pull-ups ( I asked for those). Then they asked me if I wanted 8 packs of large tab briefs which I already reported no longer needing and asked them to remove them from my profile, and 1 pack of large pull-ups which I no longer can wear because of the size being too big. They could use a lot more communication with in the company. I have used this company for years and I probably will continue to use this company. It's just a miscommunication that I am sure happened but it did waste my insurance benefits for a month and now I have to pay out of pocket for a month for their mess up. With money I don't have!

I received my order but you don't have the night drain bag I want. It's the one with an open close value in the bottom of the drain bag.
