I filled out the order form online with my sister's info. Your website would only allow ONE product to be selected which is crazy. I called customer service and spoke with a very nice lady explaining what other products we needed. Then I clicked finish order on website. Thought that would be it once doctor and insurance gave the okay. The next morning a DIFFERENT rep called me and said she didn't see my entire order and I had to repeat it AGAIN. A delivery came the next day via UPS and only had 2 of the 4 items I ordered. had to call AGAIN. Different rep said waiting on doctor's approval for those 2 items. Not very efficient.

I did not think those depends had a high top I need the ones that don't have all the extra itchy stuff there were no wipes if I could have I switch out that would be great I would also like to know what other medical stuff you offer

I was sent a wonderful product which were pull ups, however, I did not receive the pads that I requested. I am currently waiting for them to get an okay from my doctor to approve the order. I will let you know how it goes after I receive my order. Diane Elmer

They blew up my phone as well as my doctors phone and fax non stop . I was not happy with this experience at all. When my order finally processed it was after I had told them to just forget it since they were very unprofessional. I would not recommend HCD to anybody who has a life. They called multiple times a day and failed repeatedly to actually notate the account to show I was waiting on my Dr appointment to discuss it with my doctors
