The person I talked to was nice but I was told they were going to mail me half day pads and half overnight and was gonna get under pads for bed but when I received my order all I was sent was all medium day pads hopefully you will get my order right next time or I will check with another company that will

Fake reviews - after my experience I am inclined to think these are fake reviews. I called on 06/15/20 explained that I need supplies in 10 days T1D. I gave them all of my information including the direct fax# to my PA. Called back multiple times. 06/24/20 on the phone right now with non customer service and I have been told "not my department you need to call back tomorrow.” Don't trust your life with this company they have a great looking website but they don't really care enough to call you back when your life depends on it. I'm using Solara now. It is disgraceful to treat chronically ill people with such disregard knowing they could become extremely ill or potentially die because of your actions. Shame on you my busine$$ is going elsewhere.

I ordered the bladder pads and I said that I needed the light ones, not the lowest one, but the second one up and they gave me the fourth one, and I can't use them.

Awful haven’t received supplies for my sister who is disabled. They can’t communicate with our doctors office.
