sometimes orders not on time.

The delivery is satisfactory

Getting established with HCD was very difficult. Lots of back and forth and incomplete paperwork. HCD claimed pediatrician was wrong, pediatrician claimed HCD was wrong. I had to speak to a manager and essentially say enough is enough, I need my order. Since that phone call, all has been well. My order ships regularly and there have been no issues. I would be nervous if my order ever changes again…

Over time i’ve always been very satisfied with customer service but unfortunately the last time i physically spoke with someone, they called in regards to shipping the next order, I was questioning a few things and the representative was very short and snappy with her responses as if she was very aggravated that i was unsure as to why she was calling. All other times my situations have been exceptional. I have chalked it up to the person possibly having a bad day or maybe something else going on and just left it at that. (I had to select a date of the call but i honestly do not remember when it was so the date is going to be inaccurate, i apologize)

On time and I didn't have to call and say where is my order

I contacted HCD several months ago to modify the quantity of my monthly order and I received my order last week and it was NOT correct! I received 10 times the order of chucks that I had requested. I plan on contacting HCD next week to again request a change in quantity for my monthly order.

Nothing don't have any to say about them

I've noticed that some underwear itch me, just depends on what they look like. Some are thicker than others.
