All they care about is receiving lots and lots information and continue to make you wait until you run out of supplies. They are such a shady company now ever since they got lots of new clients from Medline. Now they are taking too much time, and I have to go back and forth between them, Medicaid and my doctor. I feel all they are doing is having a great time staying and working at home, and not manging these things at the office, and also they are playing with the fax machine constantly each month and always trying to find ways to refuse to send my monthly medical supplies.

4 or 5 different reps called me several times over a period of 2 months and each one told me something different. We never got any supplies for my 4 yr old with special needs after the initial samples were sent because they all broke him out after skin contact so the reps said he could get his regular brand covered through them. Another person called us after that and said they never cover his regular brand even though he had a prescription specifically for them. I finally told them to stop calling me. Terrible products and very confused staff.

Would give zero stars if allowed. Every customer service rep or department you talk to tells you something different, no one knows what they are talking about. And then they have extremely nasty attitudes. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional company. And this all from a company that supplies things to vulnerable people! We are now without supplies for our 10 year old with special needs because the staff is incompetent and rude. Worked on this issue for over a month!

For more than 2-weeks straight, both ourselves and our son's doctor have gotten the run around, hung up on, disrespected or patronized. Very frustrating - and that's putting things mildly, in order to get our son's diaper wipes monthly order filled. Our son has severe cerebral palsy and must have diaper wipes. No ifs-ands-or-buts about it!!! Home Care Delivered has made it impossible to get the problems resolved to get our son his diaper wipes. We have called every day and have brought our son's doctor on in 3-way calls, in order to rectify this very bad situation. Everyone is in a meeting most every time we call right along with their supervisors. Yea right! When we ask to speak with Dan Hurt (Manager over Customer Service), or Michael Neiffer (Senior Director of Customer Service), and now today Mike Faylor (The Vice President over Customer Service), they hide themselves in meetings daily apparently. Our son's doctor has complied with letters that were required, and again, even doing a three way call with ourselves and this company to clear the air of anything that might stand in the way of getting the order for our son filled completely. When we ask who is over these three people most all the people allege that they are new employees and don't know a thing. We are going to report again and again. This company took over for Medline Products. This company is a pitiful mess. This is bad bad bad business on an epic scale!!!

most unhelpful, just got the runaround was spoken to very rudely by employee, lied to about my insurance and what is covered by email the same insurance has been covering my supplies for 2 yrs, was told to find some one else to take care of my needs or buy my supplies my self also in an email.

VERY HORRIBLE COMPANY! Been waiting on order for over 2 months I keep calling to be told it’s on back order! With no new date in site! Was told by an employee they bit off more than they can chew!!!!! WELL GT OUT OF ALL CONTRACTS BECAUSE YOU DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT!

I am anew customer tried ten times no body pick up the phone finally I got the supply from other sources this month I tried five times they say less than five minutes but after twenty minutes each time I gave up I don’t think I can rely on this company will look for some other source
