Great so far

A big contrast between very competent medical teams and poor quality management/running paying lip service to customer service. I attended 280 kings Road . I do not appreciate being asked in a loud voice by a glorified doorman the nature of my treatment at the open reception. Nor the fact that the accounts ‘department’ which is now one person do not give a proper detailed invoice for what are large payments (instead a till receipt). It feels like the number of employees / running costs pared right back.

If u can stay away from this hospital, I highly recommended it. My husband has been there since Friday and the doctors are a trauma doctors which means is not one is a few and they all stick together, and good luck getting a call from them, they could care less to speak to the relatives. My husband has 4th stage kidney failure and he is suppose to have dialysis 3 days a week and now this Nephrologist, Jeffrey Maldonado is stating that he doesnt need dialysis??? Where did he get this? He has not had dialysis since Friday, and unfortunately his Nephrologist is not part of that hospital. He best hope that nothing goes wrong due to not getting his treatment. Administrative offices also do not call back when u leave a message, so please stay away from that hospital if u can. I have been requesting to have him moved and nothing is being done. I will be calling his Insurance to let them know.

Lovely staff, but results of a mammogram take longer to arrive than the NHS. Should have gone there.

I have worked in a few hospitals HCA healthcare in the past 10 years. Only disappointment! It is the rules who you know! If you don't know anybody you don't have a chance for nothing! As a matter of fact, they will stay in the back.

I was medical transported to Blake hospital in Bradenton Fl with severe electrical burns, had surgery 3 times, and seen multiple times. Now the hospital is charging a $25 fee just to walk in the door to every person. It’s illegal and I’m fully insured. This company is a for profit company and a bunch of thieves. Recently the company has been charged for services and equipment not rendered.

April Jackson was racist towards me calling me an n-word lover because I refused to pay for treatment I didn't want. April Jackson also was racist towards my wife who is from Africa and said "You should never marry a white boy". This happened at their South Tampa Florida Hospital.
