Quick delivery and communication regarding necklace I ordered 1st class service

I had this stunning necklace made for a friend's birthday and it's absolutely perfect. It was made and delivered in great time. Packaged beautifully and my friend completely loved it!

Very fast delivery and production time, Product is very well made. The service team has great response times too.

Beautiful name necklace presented in a box with a Happy Birthday cookie bought for my niece. The necklace was clean cut and stunning. All beautifully presented and she absolutely loved it. Highly recommend.

It’s perfect I ordered it for my girlfriend and it came as expected with a little long shipping but that was expected and said. But when I opened it wow it was made super well!

My partner got me some earrings for my birthday and they were the clip / Huggies type earrings. Sadly one of them became loose, the clasp didn’t work and the earring wouldn’t close. My partner contacted them immediately and explained (I’d only had them for a few weeks). Immediately they sent out a replacement product and I am so impressed with the customer service. Sometimes when these things happen you end up with a fight on your hands! Thank you!

My daughter announced only days before her birthday she’d love a necklace like coleen Rooney had with her kids names on it . I searched the web & found this amazing company! Although the lead time was a very important factor, her husband had already dismissed some companies she’d suggested , as the font wasn’t too clear… HBD pics looked amazing! We paid £10 for express,2-3 days including postage - which was incredible, given its custom made! It arrived on my daughter’s birthday & she’s absolutely delighted with it! I will use this company again & again!
