The personalised necklace is just so pretty, and although I've not given it to my granddaughter yet for her 8th birthday next month, I just know she'll love it. Service was excellent, communication excellent and the product looks excellent too.

Happy with product. Quick delivery and good communication throughout. Would use again.

Initially ordered the wrong colour necklace but a message on their chat line sorted it out with no problem - they couldn’t have been more helpful. Correct necklace was delivered promptly and is of good quality.

Received my personalised necklace and teddy before delivery date, items are gorgeous. I needed to contact customer service - they were super helpful and speedy at responding. Highly recommend

My Daughter asked for a silver necklace for Xmas and sent me the link to (HBD) I was at first a little sceptical to order from the website as usually I go to a main high street jewellery shop. I have to say the website was easy to navigate round a lot of choice and very reasonable in prices. I was keep up to date with my order process from the day I ordered until it was delivered, this whole process took around 5 days . I ordered the gift box and bag along with the necklace it arrived yesterday the quality is very good it’s exactly as it looks on the website I am really pleased with it , lovely piece of jewellery. I will definitely be ordering from Hay big Day again in the future. I definitely recommend ordering from this company you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic purchase! I reached out to the team when the spelling kept changing while customising the necklace, and they were so helpful in guiding me through it. The necklace turned out exactly how I wanted—great quality, and my niece absolutely loved it!

Quick delivery, necklace was gorgeous. Perfect gift.

Product as described, wife loves it
