Good quality product for the price
The process was easy and the product very well designed and good quality. It would have been nice to have the mention of the 18kt Gold with the product. Also there is a QR code on the company card with a discount off the next product. I would have liked a card to give with the gift without this. Just looks more professional to have a smaller calling card with more details of the jewellery or company. But loved product

Just takes too long to arrive. Give it at least a week. Went for 16 inch looks longer in model wish I’d gone for 18. But really pretty!

Hi Clay, thanks for your feedback. I'm not sure what box you were hoping for, but we have images of the different boxes we use on the website. If you could get in touch at [email protected] to let us know about this that would be great.
