Bought the Personalised Name & Cross Layered Necklaces Set as a gift for my sister. Her name has an unusual character: the Latin letter I with a diacritic of two dots. I contacted HBD support to ask if this would be ok, and got an almost immediate response saying it was no problem. The necklace arrived within 3 days and is absolutely beautiful.
