Jewellery was beautiful
Jewellery was beautiful, really pleased . Delivery took weeks instead of days . The courier service apparently was slow, the courier company is not a popular service used locally, I personally have found this so order was in depot for weeks Delivery driver pleasant.

Hi Christine, I'm sorry but i can't find your order from searching your name. I expect this item was caught in customs, and i'm really sorry about that. We're working on ways to avoid customs clearance on arrival internationally!

Hey June, we received a few messages regarding the way we attached our jump rings to the names for one of our fonts, and that it was causing some issues with how the name sits, so we have now resolved this issue. Please reach out to us with your order number and we can arrange to amend this for you.

Such slow processing time. Item lovely
Lovely item but processing time is so slow! 10 days processing for £3.95 delivery?? Took 14 days before delivered. Apparently this is due to their quality control system, however, why are you advertising goods that haven't already been quality controlled. Other companies offer a much quicker turnaround time.

Hi there, thanks a lot for your order, i'm glad you like it! We do have to extend our turnaround over the Christmas period as it's the busiest time of year. It is usually much faster, however we guarantee Christmas delivery, and clearly state when items will be dispatched when ordering.
