Do not buy a rug from Haz Interiors, operating on instagram as hazinteriors2311. I'm not sure if she's running some kind of con or if she's just really awful at running a business. I ordered a rug and gave her my money in November, 2 months and multiple excuses later, no rug. Asked for a refund and again, multiple excuses and weeks later, still no refund. In the end, I believe the only reason she refunded me was because I was able to figure out what money app she was using (ANNA money) from the screenshot she sent me as a supposed 'proof of refund', I contacted their customer service department when I still had not received payment and they confirmed that the icons in the screenshot she'd sent me would indicate the following: “In this case, it would appear that there weren't enough funds in the account to process the payment properly”. Once I called her out for being a liar, miraculously the money appeared in my account instantly. Genuinely the worst retail experience I've ever had.
