Ordered bot lobbies since november…
Ordered bot lobbies since november 16th. got me connected (discord) to a hoster who’s in a complete different time zone. I work 70 hours a week and dont have much availability (the days i have off and time to play i get no answer). I understand they are very busy. I try and ask for a refund or workout something and no answer, even though they post multiple times a day. long delay for me, no service yet.

Hello, could you please contact us? We have cleared most of our queue and we have missed your ticket, our hosters are not always online but it is also your responsibility to make some time to join us. Please make a ticket in the discord so we can get this issue resolved.
