I paid f or the coverage been tryna contact the company no response had to do a oil and transmission change and no response …paid out of pocket to changes fluid ..when coverage said they will pay😡😡

However, after reviewing your file, and the call recordings of our conversations with you, it was fully disclosed that there is a 30 Day/1000 Mile waiting period before any claims or maintenance requests can be made. This is also laid out in the policy booklet that was mailed to you. Our General Manager, Doug, has reached out to you via phone and email. Please return his call so he can further explain and possibly come to an amicable resolution
