Ordering online for others can be tricky. Hayden Girls uses many photos of clothing being modeled, descriptions are accurate, they carry a variety of styles that are fashionable for girls, and shipping was timely.

The dress I ordered as a gift for my granddaughter went astray due to my fault entirely. I contacted customer service at Hayden Girls. Joci worked with the USPS (kudos to them, too) and I received my package this past Saturday. The perseverance and patience Joci exhibited during this episode was stellar. What a winner she and the staff at Hayden Girls are! And they sell lovely merchandise for young girls. This was my first experience with Hayden Girls. It won’t be my last. I will recommend them at every opportunity.

Hi Mary, We appreciate this so much! Joci will be thrilled to hear your kind words. Glad we could turn things around and that you love our merchandise! Warm regards, Hayden Girls
