Good indoor and bad mosquito prevention
The indoor bug and general spider treatments work well. And the techs are mostly nice and respectful. We got a free mosquito treatment in July that worked really well. We paid a lot for a mosquito treatment in August 10 days ago, but it didn’t seem to help at all. When I asked them to come back and fix it, they said no because we didn’t pay for year round treatment. But we don’t need mosquito treatment for all of the months they make you pay for it. They should be willing to back up their service no matter what. I don’t know if they used a different product or what, because the free trial worked the month before. Another frustration is the representative, Alex, who sold us the Hawx contract told us a lot of half truths to get us to sign up. Like that we would get free mosquito treatments added on, but neglected to say it would only be one. This review is on behalf of my father, Gary, who is officially the customer.
