I ordered 19 pounds mid October. They arrived some time later. I cooked a few from the top of the box and all was well, then stored the rest in a cool dry room. My next look around a month ago showed a couple had developed a little fungii/mold (BLACK AND FUZZY) on the nodes. I cut the black areas off checked the remainder and then relocated them into a new container, then cooked a few (still okay). A week ago I went to cook some more and the remaining tubers had all gone bad. Not visible black fuzz but the interior of all were blackened and hard. Upon washing the outside skin of a few, I could see the black fungi covering all of the remaining 15 pounds.

Have ordered their Okinawa purple sweet potatoes multiple times. They were high quality and very tasty. Would give 5 stars, but I did have a minor issue with shipping times on one of my orders, though to their credit, they did provide me a small $3 refund for the delay.
