I was a little worried at first drinking the edible bird's nest, but I was rather surprised that the taste was just sweet. There was no weird bird-like taste or aftertaste; the consistency is a little bit thick (like a gel), but it's not bad at all. I noticed immediately that my sugar cravings were reduced, which during the holiday season, has been quite helpful!
