When you make a booking it is actually a 'booking request' and with that process I have no problems as it is actioned very quickly. I have booked through Hawaii Activities a number of times - the staff are always happy to assist with queries; and the activities are well organised. I recently went through the process of making a 'booking' by selecting from the highlighted dates available, then provided my second date option. My dates were five months away, but I like to be organised when planning an overseas holiday. My booking request was declined because the 'requested activity date is too far in advance'. ~ Message from the Activity Provider: Please check within the month of your request as there is not a set schedule yet regarding this tour.~ If this is the case then the booking calendar should not have any days highlighted to enable the booking process. It was very disappointing and a waste of time.

Loved the availability, and the large range of Hawaii Activities. and off course very good value for money . The family and friends loved both trips , the diner cruise was the best by a whisker
