I booked most of our adventures through VELTRA. It made it nice and convienent to keep track of what we were doing from the emails they sent of reminders, etc. I will definitely use them again.

It was good no bad things too say

Directions to the boat were vague if you are unfamiliar with local addresses and landmarks. Couldn't find the boat. Called, and still had a bit of trouble. Otherwise, staff was exceptional.

Pleasantly surprised a company employee was waiting for me and my wife at the airport arrival area in Maui with a sign bearing my name. Was directed to a waiting area where our bags were collected and kept until our shuttle bus arrived after about a 20-minute waiting time outside the terminal building. The female bus driver was courteous but drove a little too fast and she tried to beat traffic red lights. I believe she actually ran 2 red lights. The ride back from our hotel to the airport was very relaxing. Our shuttle bus driver, “Lab,” (short for Labrador he said) actually arrived about 2 minutes before pick up time. He thanked everyone in the shuttle bus for visiting Maui and he told interesting stories on the way to the airport. While our shuttle bus was stopped due to traffic near Lahaina, he showed us pictures on his cellphone of huge lobsters caught off the coast of Maui. Interesting! Lab is a very careful driver, he never drove past the speed limit. Upon arrival at the airport, he unloaded everyone’s luggage with a smile. Thank you, Lab!

Good service, prompt pick up from Speedi Shuttle

Reliable service, If the driver doesn’t have to stop for anyone else. When I used the service other customers we stopped for were not ready, still packing but he was very patient and waited for them. More patient than I would have been!

This was an awesome experience and the service was fast with no hassle

Good ride with big clean bus; a bit of waiting, bus was late. Polite driver had a hard time finding our hotel. A bit costly, but Hawaii is costly overall.
