Jacket was excellent- quality materials and construction, great cut and fit. Thoughtfully and carefully packaged, too. Delivery could have been quicker, but well worth the wait. And good value for money. Recommended!

They sold me a beautiful jacket for a great price. Seriously, I didn't expect such a high quality piece. The leather is first rate, as is the construction. They ship promptly. I'm very glad I found this place.

The quality of the jacket is not up to its standards. Made to wear in summer and not for spring or winter. The jacket has only silk lining and shell doesn’t look like sheepskin leather

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that the jacket didn’t meet your expectations. We understand your concerns regarding the lining, warmth, and the feel of the leather, and we would have really appreciated the opportunity to address them directly. Over the past few weeks, our team has made more than seven attempts to reach you by phone and has also sent multiple emails, hoping to understand your concerns and find a suitable resolution. Unfortunately, we haven’t received a response or an opportunity to work through the issue with you. We’re not sharing this to defend ourselves or dismiss your experience. We simply wish we had been given the chance to make things right. We never want a customer to feel stuck with a product they’re unhappy with, and we’re always willing to offer hassle free returns for the full refund. Even now, we’d genuinely welcome the opportunity to revisit your case and work towards a fair resolution. Please get in touch with our team so we can assist you personally. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we would rather resolve a concern than leave a customer disappointed. Team Havrenn

I took a chance on an unknown company for a leather jacket. I was amazed to see the quality of the jacket I ordered but was equally impressed with the service dept. and how they kept me informed on the progress of shipment. Unbelievable quality and customer service. Take a chance and you'll be pleasantly surprised and very happy with their products. For women sizing, I would size up. I am usually a large but I ordered an XL and it fits like a size large. Fantastic Company. Debbie
