Signed up for the 3 day no charge get my tips. Well its now 11 days later and I still have not gotten my tips. WHERE IS MY MONEY !!!!

I emailed them 3 minutes after placing my order to let them know I'd ordered a size XL but the receipt showed small. I emailed support every day until the shipment went out. When they finally got back to me, they said no problem — I could ship the items back and they'd send a new order. Nope. After 15 or so emails of them arguing that I had to pay for shipping again, then agreeing that I didn't, they still couldn't simply ship my correct order. Instead, they wanted me to track down a gift card they'd sent me in order to manually process the reshipment myself. Also, gift card never came.

JC Brundidge is a fraud. I won't trust him with anything. He was trying to swindle us out of money

GARBAGE. The app is constantly not working, not logging in. have to uninstall and then reinstall on phone in order to sign in. Long ACH holds. all together a terrible not-solution, forced on servers by management.
