What a joke! Do Not buy from here! Purchased a hat that was definitely defective so I paid for the return shipping and then received an email telling me that I should buy from somewhere where I can try hats on 1st LOL! That was a one time chance for business. I buy a lot of 9fifty hats so I know what they should wear like lol! Thanks Hatland!

I bought a fascinator for Royal Ascot, when it arrived, I tried it on with my dress but realised it was the wrong shade of red. I immediately packed it up and returned it at great expense via Royal Mail. After two weeks and no refund I emailed the company, no response, after the third email I finally got a response to be told it reeked of perfume and no refund will be given. This s a complete lie, as I only tried it on and really not sure how a fascinator would smell of perfume, more to the point the event hasn't even happened yet, so them accusing me of wearing it is ludicrous. So, they now have their goods back and my money! I am now having to go through my credit card company to obtain a refund! Disgusting customer service and quite frankly thieves.

These guys always deliver for me, Hats are always shipped right away and always a day or so after i ordered them!

Hatland has a great variety and great deals and shipping is fast and on point. I've gotten over 20 hats within the last year and never had a problem. I just bought one yesterday and it'll be arriving Friday!

Absolute 5star service, could not be happier. Ordered and delivered internationally within 5days, communication with customer service team was top rated and products are exactly as described and ordered, if you want sports caps from variety of different types of sports this is the company to order from. Customer service is extremely slow to respond, and very rude. I had a problem with my order, and rather than help solve the problem, they prefer to rather lose me as a customer over $30. I truly feel they have stolen my money. The return policy is designed, so that they can refuse to do anything when you have a problem. I order things online consistently, and I have never encountered a company that disrespects their customers to this extreme. I will not be ordering from then again, and I suggest you don't either.

Mit køb af en enkelt cap fra hatland.com, var forbavsende positivt, da jeg modtog pakken 5 dage efter bestilling. Det lyder måske umiddelbart som lang tid, men det er det overhovedet ikke i og med den skulle sendes hele vejen fra USA. Samtidig var pakken ikke det mindste beskadiget trods den lange tur. Så jeg er meget tilfreds med mit køb.
