Hastings InsuranceReviews of hastingsinsurance.com

We have home insurance policy with Hastings needed the gully fixed underneath the resin drive the snotty assessor claimed as he cannot see the damage there is no way he can say if it was accidental or not refused our claim this is just a money making scheme they take your money of you charge the earth then when you try to claim they don't honour it theyve lost out custom for house insurance and for the car insurance we are cancelling both so please avoid this company go with one that will do as they say if you need to claim disgusting service

Read the fine print after you've already made the mistake of purchase. You will get exactly what you pay for, It will cost you more later in the event of any incident's.

the most awful company penalising young drivers and cancelling the policy when they have no fair reason to do so

I was rear ended back in late July and the driver's insurance was Hastings. I am still waiting on getting approval to repair my car. It's been over 6 weeks. I've called and emailed multiple times but the communications are almost non existent. It's absurd I've had to wait this long before getting my car repaired. This has been by far the worst experience I've had with an insurance company.

They have no respect for people or their time. I have been waiting to hear back on getting damage to my vehicle repaired for 3 weeks. My calls are not returned, my emails are not answered. The one time I reached someone in the office I was "transferred to the adjuster" aka hung up on.
