Order the Haspel Sunglasses and jade to follow up due to no text/email communication on when I will receive my purchased. Eventually I unexpectedly received my purchase after no communication and it came in a sealed loose plastic. Inside was a broken, cracked and crumble box with the sunglasses inside. This was going to be a present but no way one can wrap up a broken looking used up box and give for a gift. I email with a complaint and there was only a sorry... no offer to at least replace the box or to resend a new one and I can return this one. It was more like here is the link return it, really? But, I want to be fair and say that this was my first bad experience with Haspel as my past purchased and communication had been good.

Sent me the wrong color suit

Ordered a seersucker robe and pjs. The pjs are fine. The robe came without belt loops. Sent it back (easy enuf since fed ex picked up from home), and yesterday received notice the pjs were on the way. Called and told it would be fixed. Haven’t heard a peep since except for this invite to review…

I was going to give a higher rating but due to a mix up with shipping and not receiving my items yet, I bumped my rating down to a 1 cause you had no 0 rating. The mix up in shipping I can get over. The low rating is based on poor follow-up and communication to stay in touch with information on where my items are or when can I expect to receive them. Still waiting.

Terrible customer service. Never received merchandise.

I purchased some mint julep green stretch pants in my normal size, a size that is literally loose on me in other trousers. The Haspel pants were extremely tight in the waist and legs and so I returned them asking for the next larger size. I was informed that I would have to wait until the next shipment. So after two months, I was informed that they did not get the size I needed (after I had requested it). So I reordered my normal size again which again are way too tight - I can barely even button them at the waist. I asked if they had the next larger size and was told that it would be maybe two months again until more came. Why do these run so small and where are they being made that they cannot keep up with the orders?

I took a chance that the shirt and t-shirt would fit. the summer shirt is much too short in the sleeves and the collar is to high. i am too old and should have known better. the t-shirt is a little too form fitting. since i feel more comfortable with any shirt and t shirt that had a longer sleeves and is not form fitting. however that said i loved the seer sucker i puchased a year ago. perfect. not your fault, i should have not purchased the two items. good quality, but not a good fit for me. i will not stop buying from you at all. i will just be more careful. all the best, Chuck

Return process is very difficult. No auto return labels make me disinclined to use Haspel in the future. They are far more difficult than any other online men’s clothing retailer.
