Our experience with Hartford was excellent. From my initial phone call with Jake, all the way through to exchange, we were comfortable and impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He had a number of suitable properties but City Walk in Liverpool ticked the most boxes.

Buying a property off plan can be daunting - Alexio took the time to go through everything with us, he was available to us out of hours as well, which we appreciated as there were many questions. Once we had decided to go ahead with the City Walk purchase. The service from Alexio and Lauren continued. Communication was at the forefront and we completed on time. Alexio and Lauren also liaised with the solicitors to make sure we hit our deadline. If you are looking to do what we have, we recommend the Hartford Capital Group. Thanks Alexio and Lauren. Looking forward to breaking ground this coming month.

Jake has been very supportive throughout, giving me guidance and reassurance with my property investment. Himself and Lauren are excellent with communication.

This is my first experience with Hartford. We relied on Jake for everything and he even provided some videos of the area near our apartment in Liverpool so that I could get a sense of everything.

A most professional and friendly experience with Daryl when I visited Manchester to look at the Trafford Waters. He gave me all his time and knowledge. Also kept me up to date after my exchange.

We invested in a apartment at City Walk, Liverpool with Hartford Capital recently and are pleased with the service and courtesy we received. Our main point of contact is Daryl and he maintains contact with regular construction updates.

We have never purchased a property off-plan before. However Alexio from Hartford Capital was always available to answer our questions. He explained the various stages of the process and what to expect at each stage. Nothing was too much trouble, he really was available whenever we had a query, sometimes quite late in the day. Thank you Hartford Capital and especially Alexio and his assistant Lauren. We look forward to seeing our new apartment.
