Hartford Capital were great from the get go, Daryl Chappell helped ensure I got the right project and helped follow up throughout the process and Lauren was able to walk me through the admin. I look forward to growing my portfolio with them

I talked to 3 or 4 Brookers first I have never used a brooker before all new to me in the end I went for Hartford Capital as they wasn't pushy and I went to there office to see with own my eyes to see if they were legitimate. Then I met Daryl around 4 months ago I went direct to see him at his office at Liverpool docks I met the staff and was shown round a very impresive start. I wanted to invest but this time a different way I have already got 4 properties all bought through estate agents this time I was buying off plan and its not finnished till April 2027 at Trafford Waters. I know Trafford well and I feel Trafford Waters is the next Salford Quays re investment. I was skeptical at first re trust is so important to me. I sat down with Daryl to discuss cost timing etc and and he was very clear about what I was buying in to. I told him what I wanted off him he went away to talk to his boss he came back and gave me some financial incentives if I purchased the property I was skeptical as the the offer he gave me was very good he said this incentive will be paid when contracts are exchanged. Again I had to trust him but he seemed like a fair guy and I paid a full deposit on the property. Im so glad I trusted him just a couple of weeks after contract exchange he did what he promised to do fair play to him and is Company. Over another year to go till completion but I do feel I'm in safe hands Thanks Daryl its good to have someone who sticks to his word. Cheers from Tony Gordon

Daryl was so informative when first enquiring about the development. He has also kept me updated regularly with progress of the build.

Satisfactory so far. I love Daryl's energy. He's a fantastic guy who has helped us through his detailing and transparency secure our initial investment properties. I thank the entire HCG team. We certainly going to do more together. Please keep up the good work 👍

Chris was great at guiding me through the buying process. He was always quick to respond to my questions and took time to understand what I was looking for in a property.

Jake helped me to purchase my first investment property hassle free, with good advice and excellent knowledge. Any question is quickly answered and they pushed the solicitors for swift purchase.

Chris and Lauren have been amazing to deal with so far. Both have been brilliant, easy to deal with and very knowledgeable of the project and redevelopment etc of the area. Project is not set to complete until 2nd quarter of 2027, so I can't comment on how well, that goes yet, but so far, so good!!
