Coach - Mentor - SpeakerMy name is Harry Thomas and I love what I do. My current journey really began when I graduated as a coach a few years ago and it became magical when I started working with people at the end of life. People who have been told they are going to die only speak truth. Their truth. I heard so much truth and honesty that it made me take action, to hold up a mirror to face my own truths and discover my soul - this is where the label Soul Coach evolved from.I work with clients one-on-one and in groups helping them bring awareness to every aspect of their being and allowing them to see how special and powerful they are. I have a big passion for words and bring awareness to how we cast spells on ourselves from the words we speak.Life is beautiful once you know who you are.

Well worth the tiny investment. For the first time meditation really hit home for me, I actually get it!

I’ve attended a few of Harry’s soul meditations now. Each one brings me answers to questions I’ve been asking myself all week. I always wake up the next morning with an insight. They are powerful and ultra calming at the same time. I sleep so well after. He holds he space beautifully. You can tell Harry has been here before he’s an old soul. Helping people see the best of themselves is what he was born to do. If I’m feeling stuck or in sadness Harry really is my go to. It truly is like he’s in the room with you holding your hand guiding you.

I have been doing Harry’s meditations for a few years now but I haven’t done one recently, it immediately it felt like ‘home’ The music was beautiful and Harry’s voice instantly releases so much tension from me. I do have moments of drifting off due to relaxation but my outlook on life when I wake is incredible and I’m always so happy and positive. When I ‘think future and feel it now’ in meditation the sensations & happiness I experience in that moment are so uplifting. I adore you Harry, thank you, Jo

Harry’s meditations are amazing. I’m immediately relaxed and absolutely love the different playlists that he puts together. Even if I end up falling asleep half-way through, I feel I’ve had a great experience and I’m more positive about life and about myself. The sessions have become part of my daily/weekly routine and I look forward to the community conversations with like-minded beautiful souls 💫💕
