The website interface is genuinely terrible. The button to apply for jobs doesn't work and there is nothing on support that can help me troubleshoot this. I don't know why so many companies use this awful service.

We was really tried all we wanted was a nice breakfast then we payed for it twice because there machine was broken then we thought because we payed double we would have a nice hot meal but then we got it and it was stone cold wouldn’t recommend it and no ketchup

Scam, sent me an email saying "my interview has been cancelled" 1 - how did they even get my email? I have not applied for any jobs for about 4 years and certainly not to the place it said it was cancelled. Ask you to log into your "Harri account" I'm sure to take your details.

As a candidate, this is by far the worst possible platform ever. The user interface system is terrible, slow, glitchy and incredible frustrating.

Awful product, was forced to use it without knowing by a company. Then tried to log in and it would not work, you cannot contact anyone in support without logging in and they have no support to contact, no people. I work in recruitment and this is simply one of the worst AI tools I have seen from a candidate perspective.
