Awful experience. Very unprofessional. Applied for a job a month ago. Heard nothing then got several missed calls from a very stressed sounding young woman who refused to tell me who she was. She said they’d been having lots of problems with their own company so with that I withdrew all applications with them. Not a clue how to speak to people. Wonder if the companies using these people are aware of their poor standards!

The website will not allow me to edit…
The website will not allow me to edit my profile. My experience has drastically changed since I last filled out my profile in 2023. I need to change all the information on there. But I can’t. How nice.

If I could give a 0 star I would.
Customer service useless. They have policy to block you to do anything useful for you.
I've been employed by a company in 2022 and now I cannot use my account because they don't respond to me.
Do not recommend!

Waste of time and energy.
I have officially closed my account on Harri. Over about aprox. two and a half years, I applied to 43 jobs and was only invited to a single interview. However, despite objectively being the best candidate in the room and having everyone notice my performance, filling with success all the requirements, I still needed to face rejection at an easy job, even after having serious customer service experience.
The recruitment system here feels fundamentally broken. I suspect that platforms like this allow hidden flags, notes, or classifications to be attached to candidate profiles by companies without your knowledge, without your consent, and without giving you any right of defense or opportunity to clarify the truth.
When I tried to find out if my account had been flagged by submitting a formal Subject Access Request (SAR) under the UK GDPR, I ran into a wall of resistance, contradictions, and dismissive customer service. Instead of transparency, I was bounced between departments, told they hold no responsibility, and ultimately had my concerns brushed off with a suggestion to contact the ICO.
It became to me clear that this is not about honest, merit-based recruitment focusing on competence.
Instead, in my opinion, most of the UK recruitment leaves candidates completely in the dark, vulnerable to unseen filters or criteria based on nationality, ethnicity, religion, marital status, or other personal characteristics rather than actual skills.
As for my experience, Harri did not seem to be a fair-play platform. I know my value, my good and my bad, but still, I can't believe a professional with two university degrees and a respectable professional background in many domain of activity, has not done enough into his life and doesn't have the ability to learn and do with success some jobs like runner, host, barback, etc.
It's a shame. This system is broken.

Abyssmal for Job Applicants
I am adding my voice to Harri being S H 1 Tea for applicants. I am trying to apply to Cubitt House in London, and I can't get through! It repeatedly get my location wrong, but continues to default to it.

one of the most inconvenient and poorly…
one of the most inconvenient and poorly designed websites i have ever used. Once you complete you profile and access your personal information. The site prohibits and will not allow you to navigate the website. You will need to open up 10+ tabs just to look for a single job. Absolutely disgusting and would recommend no one use.

i tried to put in a job application
i tried to put in a job application for a restaurant, and i put in my login information to attach it to another account. *there's a password attached to this account* OF COURSE THERE'S A PASSWORD ATTACHED TO IT! these people need to fix their system before they lose users, though if what other reviews i've seen in regards to that website are any indication, THEY ALREADY ARE!
