Harper WildeReviews of harperwilde.com

This is one of those companies that gives you a discount at the last minute so you have to spend an extra $30+ to get free shipping above and beyond the minimum. If the free shipping is $75 they make sure that your order comes in at 74.99 -- and their stuff is not cheap. In other words, they are completely untrustworthy. Furthermore, I placed an order about a week ago and I finally got a notice that they created a label for it TODAY -- isn't that exciting? So fulfillment takes forever and a day. I totally do not recommend this company I don't care what their products are like. If you can't get reasonable Customer Service you should not shop at a place regardless of what their product is. They need to learn to behave themselves properly and this company most certainly does not. You teach them by using your wallet -- go elsewhere and don't buy their junk.

I have asked REPEATEDLY for assistance in selecting a new size for an exchange of a bra that I ordered. I have asked 4 times over chat and at least 4 times over email. I started asking the chat bots for assistance over 30 days ago. This is ridiculous. I have explained multiple times why the bra doesn't fit. Then on August 8th I was told via email: "I’m really sorry you’ve had to ask so many times, and I understand how frustrating it is not to get a direct size recommendation. Because you’re requesting specific, personalized sizing advice (which size to try next), I’m handing this over to a human fit specialist who can review your measurements (band 36.5 inches and fullest bust 43.25 inches) and help determine the best next size for your fit." It has been 10 days and no one has replied to assist me in selecting a new size. There is no one to actual help, just chat bots that claim they will refer me to a human specialist.

Their AI customer experience program is a complete nightmare. I have received no order updates for two weeks, and direct communication with CS has been absolutely horrible. I do not recommend doing business with this company; it is very clear that their employees are checked out and it is running on fumes. Disappointing, especially since I was excited to try their bras.

Love my bralette they are the most comfortable bras I’ve ever had. I’m ordering the cami and the other bras to try.

Their bras are not accurately sized (too small) and Harper Wilde would not take them back. I don't know why because I had not even worn them. Four bras going to a charity shop and I will never shop here again. A truly big waste of my money and time. Also, forget about getting an actual human being to help you.

No customer service and the material will have get treatment for severe dermatitis on your skin the pigmentation resulting can be permanent. I purchased two of your luxury bras. 924761 Order no .The bras are unfortunately extremely uncomfortable. I am a doctor myself and was unable to sit or work in one position for a long time every time. For both of them I had to cut them open at different days in my workplace! They caused abrasion with constant pinching and piking against my skin. I have emailed them back and forth over 90 days to get a refund and to speak to someone in this regard. And I had to see a dermatologist who prescribed me medication! I am hoping the pigmentation is not long term and the abrasion -dermatitis goes away!  Harper Wilde promises, comfort ease for the money. I invested in the products which was not cheap. I want my money refunded. I want to be compensated for the horrible dermatitis caused by these bras that I bought! I want accountability from this brand which promises to be a pro women brand but so far does not care about their customer or their bodies.

Order never arrived (with no updates to shipping status for 3 weeks) and had to contact them repeatedly before they finally provided a refund. Tracking info showed order never made it to USPS (was shipped with "Amazon Logistics"). Items were out of stock so I was unable to reorder, and they told me it was because it "was shipped during the busiest time of year for all carriers, and unfortunately delays or losses can occur" and "there are limitations to what we're able to do once a package is in transit." So it's the customer's fault for ordering at the wrong time of year? No acknowledgment that they regret the failed delivery, no accountability, and not even a gesture of a token discount for next purchase.

I have ordered from Haper Wilde about 4 times now. The first three times were fine, the shipping time was long, but the items arrived and the bra's were comfortable but a bit pricy. My most recent order I placed on July 5th. As of July 23rd the items have not been received and when I try to track the package I get a message saying sorry for the delay in shipping with no additional information. I reached out to the company by email. The response was it is not pst the the 10 business day waiting period and therefore still not late. Well that is not true it is past the 10 day window. The phone number on their website does not work. I have sent another message to their customer service department telling them to cancel my order and return my money. I am awaiting a response.
