Great communication & customer service. Needed to add to an order and wanted to save on shipping and they had a lightning fast response to my email and got the product added.

I am very pleased with the quality of the cabinet pulls I purchased, particularly since the price I paid was better than I was able to find on similar pulls anywhere else. The pulls were well-packaged (individually wrapped, well cushioned) and arrived promptly. I also was happy that I was able to find an uncommon size at Hardware Decor. I will buy from them again.

Paid $40 extra for shipping, didn’t ship out before it was due to be received. Was supposed to be a three day ship turned into 12 days later, still waiting.

Hi Heather. Really sorry your back ordered rods took too long for us to receive them and ship them out. I did return your shipping by your request.
