I looked for weeks for quality hardware for my custom closet build. Hardware-Deckr not only had so many options, they had the best prices for the custom closet materials I needed. Processing was incredibly fast.

I initially didn't know this site. But having just bought from another online retailer geared towards contractors, I understood the simplicity of the site and appreciated the options they offered. I bought satin brass closet rods form them cut at custom sizes. The shipping was super fast and items came well packaged. Don't hesitate to buy from them. AND this is not my first and only review here. I've reviewed before.

Your shipping charges are insane! I ordered something very small, probably a few ounces and picked the slowest shipping and it was over $16. Insane! I was willing to pay the total because I need the parts but it's completely ridiculous. No shipping service costs that much to send something so small and light. Update: the seller was very fast to respond to my review and refunded more than half of the shipping charge. I raised the overall score from 3 to 5 stars. I appreciate companies that are paying attention to their customers and also trying to make things right.

Hi Mike, we hate the shipping costs as well. After investigation you should have been offered the cheaper USPS Ground Advantage option rather than the Priority 1-3 day shipping option. A refund for the difference has been issued.
