Products were exactly what was shown on website and came MUCH faster than I thought they would. It was a relief to find what I needed for a very reasonable price.

Product is as good, as expected. Terrible customer service, you call them and the answering system says we do not accept call or something like that, you can't even leave a voicemail. Emailed them via their website, got no response. My issue was i had one of the rods had scratches on it when we pulled out of the plastic, and tried to contact them if we can get a replacement, couldn't get hold of anybody. I needed the product so just ordered another one. Shipping is expensive.

Hi Jerry! I actually do remember responding to your email. Sorry if you did not see my response. Sorry your rod had a scratch I do remember you emailing me about it and I never heard back from you. I can definitely have our phone lines checked cause we defiantly have a voicemail box. Thanks!

Not only are the prices great, but you save me time by pre-cutting closet rods to length for me. You are a necessary resource for my business!

Everything was easy and user friendly from ordering online to the quick response email for the order, to the follow up customer service when we had not picked up yet. It was refreshing to hear a human with great customer service on the other end of the phone call. Thank you! You have gained a reoccurring customer for sure!!
