I went every morning to get breakfast after work and at first the employees that were working were very nice and food was always hot. Suddenly I didn’t see the regular employees and now there’s a new young guy with long hair taking orders through the drive through that is rude and for the last five times has given me not only an attitude but cold breakfast as well. Lost a regular customer due to awful customer service Noblesville do better

Went Hardee's received breakfast sandwiches one them biscuit falling apart they exchanged it. Coupon 2 4 $3.99. Small coffee $1.99 blll over $6.00. Other chains sm. coffee $1.50. Do not order coffee it is over 😕 😒 priced, not competitive.

I went to Hardee's at 7942 Garners Ferry Rd in Columbia SC on 5/8/2021. I ordered 3 PC CKN TNDR and they were cold. While I was looking at the menu it say that they batter them daily thinking they would be hot and fresh. My Tenders we cold and not fresh. I just want people to know that even though it says battered that it does not say hot and fresh. I wil not go back.

Went to the Hardee’s on peach orchard rd in Augusta Ga. As usual something was left off my order . I ordered a Hardee’s breakfast and it comes with hash browns of course I didn’t get them. Ask for butter girl said it was in the bag but it wasn’t and no fork or anything to eat with. WAKE UP PEOPLE or I will take my business somewhere else. Trying to support you but you’ve got to get better. The food is good I can say that.

Consistently...the mushroom and Swiss burger....the outer edge of the burger...always hard.

We just tried the Prime Rib and egg biscuit. The best thing about it was the biscuit! The meat was tough and had no flavor. Didn't taste like any prime Rib I've ever eaten. And $5? I'll never buy another one.
