Husband got breakfast sandwiches, sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. Took a bite, not bad, took another bite... HOLY SALT! I couldn't even sense my taste buds anymore. Chugging water did nothing. Please for all that is good, slow down on the sodium! That's just awful. 5 sandwiches in the trash. I could honestly crunch on salt. Very very bad.

I order it on 3 to 6:40 he took 3 hours and didn’t came very bad restaurant when it came it was cold.

Picked up ad in local Hardees to get free sandwich for joining My Rewards. Downloaded the app, and tried to join My Rewards. When added the ZIP of the Hardees where I picked up the ad, it tells me My Rewards is not available in this area. Why have ad in restaurant if not available? Very poor organization and planning. Checked app later and now I was registered for My Rewards, but no free sandwich reward.

Ordered A HAMBURGER and hot ham sand waited quite a while finally came both were cold the ham sandwich tasted either spoiled or bad went up to give it back and get my money back she walked away so I went and sat down she came back with quite the attitude and said there is nothing wrong with the ham and can't give my five dollars back she said I could have a different sandwich but didn't want one so after40 years of being a customer will not go back Is that worth five dollars .whatever happened to good customer service

Ordered my son a tender kids meal to get pulled and told they were cooking and then sat for 15 mins to go inside to be told they weren’t dropped yet,so I asked for refund and the manager come hugging and puffing;it’s just said that people don’t care what they say or how they react in front of guests

Went to Hardees in Monroe City Mo. this morning at 10:20am to order some sandwiches and so forth to take home for an early lunch,because i needed to get to work after a Dr. Appointment in Quincy IL Went to the drive up and when i placed my order i was told they were still on breakfast schedule and i wouldn't be able to order anything except breakfast. I didn't know Hardees had become a breakfast chain i thought they were a fast food chain, i was and still am very unhappy and doubt that i will ever go back too many other places that will welcome my business

6th street Hardees is the worst Hardees. Everytime i go i have some problem. Waited 25mins for food one time workers still rude and argued with me. It wasnt my fault for the wait. They always argue about the coupons. Yesterday went had coupon buy a beast get one free on phone got to window was told have to have printed form yet couopn says right on it show to cashier so paid full price 6th street used to be good. Workers do as they want one min you can do something the next its the rules. Rude workers overcharge you all the time they fight with you. Will let people know how bad it is.

Food is mediocre, certainly for the price. Staff didn't asked what I wanted then didn't make a sound, grunt or thank you. I was the only person in line and the process took 7-8 min. Staff treateex me like I was an inconvenience. Silence and no eye contact when I said “ please and thank you” I'll go to Culvers where I won't leave feeling like I ruined someones day. Also I'm positive the man taking care of me at Hardees off 94 in Saint Paul was a manager. Kindness is free
