Kennedy Drive East Moline, Illinois is location is the absolute bottom of the barrel. Too bad 'cause they used to be one of the best. This April, one employee behind the counter used profanity towards me and threatened me with violence, then went into a tirade. They're so desperate for help so they hire scum like this. They need to be shut down.

ordered online menu delivery. 1/3 lb angus burger 2 of them. I have ordered 1/3 lb burgers several times. The 2 burgers we ordered were very small. Definitely not 1/3 lb ers. They even looked smaller than 1/4 lb ers. They refunded price of 1 burger. Not for both. plus delivery, service fees came close to $45.00. Worse expensive burgers we paid for. Use to recommend. Now buyers BEWARE !! WE WILL NEVER ORDER HARDEE'S AGAIN

Always went to Hardees when I went to Faribault Mn because we don't have one near use. Roast beef was my go to but never again. One slice folded over and was dry. Called them they said they weigh it. LOL Reg. fries were soggy and greasy. What has happed to Hardees. My daughter and I got 2 meals. $20. Raise prices I understand but less food and bad quality. Come on.

Very disappointed in Zephyrhills, FL location. Ordered 10 chicken strips and not only were there somewhat burned, the price changed for $11.99 to $18.99. Also, I ordered unsweet tea and clarified twice that it is unsweet. I even asked when she handed it to me if it was unsweet. She said yes. It was sweet when I drank it. I called up there to let them know the chicken strips were alittle burned and the employee said it was because they had old oil and we're waiting on delivery of new oil. If I was diabetic, I would have ended up in the hospital and Hardee's would have has a lawsuit.

Horrible delivery timing, it was says 25-35 min and now it’s 2 h and food is not delivered! Never order from them again , waist of time , better choice other place there is a lot of options all over Dubai !and call center is useless they can’t assist you for anything. Food arrived cold and some of items was missing .

It was the worst service ever. This is why I never eat at Hardee's in Douglas. They only had three people working. But they were not very busy at all. But acted like it was killing her to wait on us. Keep say excuse me a minute to wait on drive thru before us on the inside. Which they was a girl waiting on the drive thru too. They were out of all sauce BUT ranch. we were very disappointed. Got the hamburger wrong after I told them just how we wanted it. The lady Donna W keep interrupting me every time I tired to tell her how I wanted it. I would tell her no Mustard and all she heard was mustard. She needs to learn to listen to the customer. The place was very dirty! The tables looked like they had not been cleaned at all. The kitchen part was nasty too.
