I work for Hardee's for 11 plus years off and on. Hardee's have changed over the years since I have work for them. This one particular store that I work for the GM really didn't care about her employees. The workplace has became a military style. It became not a happy place like it used to be. It's always do this do that, it's okay to have fun in the workplace as long as the work get done. It's always her way or no way when the employees bring up great suggestions to her. I really don't understand how they loud this type of GM to work in the store, when she get new hires, they end up leaving. And I believe, this should be checked into. And this has been going on for the three years I had worked at her store.

I stopped and got a grilled chicken sandwich in piggott,ark. I usually dont pay any attention to the one preparing food in the back by for some reason I did. I turned around to notice the fellow didnt have any face mask on but most of all was handling food with NO gloves. It is so silly u cant go in an eat but this is ok. Hopefully this is resolved because covid or not that is unacceptable. Dont think it's right making someone wear a mask or forbid them to eat inside and then let this happen . What if he had just sneezed , coughed or used the bathroom and didnt wash his hands. So really . How gross!

well usually the food is great i ordered 3 all star meals the chicken was nice and hot but the cheeseburger was cold slapped together fries tasted like they were drowned in salt they were rubbery not good had one missing had to go back and get one that one was the same not good

Very disappointed in what I received!!!! My sausage was rock hard and black and my biscuits were black on top and bottom. I love their biscuits but not today. Very disappointed I got it on cassopolis street in elkhart and I live in goshen so I didn't know until I got home.

Hardee's food is usually good. High in sodium. Good value for the $$. However, there was this one time I went through a Hardee's drive-through in south Florida. The woman working the window was very gruff looking. She had a patch over one eye and hair parted so that it looked strikingly like Water buffalo horns. I don't remember what I ordered. I don't remember what was actually said. I was scared. All I could do was stare at that evil patch! I could see her mouth moving but all I heard in my mind was "RRRRR, matey!" Now I'm all for Equal Opportunity employment, but let's be honest: EVERYBODY shouldn't be in a customer-facing role. I will never forget it. . .and to this day, I now approach Hardee's drive-through windows very cautiously . . .because of that one Pirate Water buffalo.

Food is good but poor quality customer service depending which location you go to. (Knoxville,TN)

We love Hardee's breakfast. But this morning my husband and I both got a Frisco breakfast sandwich and biscuit and gravy. Well the frisco breakfast sandwich just didn't have any meat on it. 😏 It used to be so much better. We were very disappointed.
