Great service, good person.
Actually, FedEx failed to deliver in timely manner. It took (2) deliveries for them to decide I had not moved. My initial experience with the purchase was great. The service and continued follow-up that I received from Justin Brown was exemplary. He kept in contact with me and I believe he made the difference handling the snafu until the product was finally delivered. He made me feel like he cared about your success and my satisfaction. It is nice to find someone on the phone that doesn't create more distance. Out of respect for your guideline, I will say I don't know Justin, except for this sale. He represents your company well.

The shipment of the Cheetah Hard Drives was great! Cannot comment on the drives as my IT Guy has not installed them yet?

Fast service. They shipped the same day I ordered.
I was able to complete the purchase as a guest and they shipped within hours of placing the order. It arrived in 2 days and it was playing within minutes. Good job.

Saved the day!
After many other contacts we tried, they made it happen to us finding the appropriate drive for the appropriate system in an Enterprise environment. Not even extended warranty support were able to find the drive we needed. Great communication too with Eddie and James.
