During transfer from Comm 1st CU, we were told everything would stay the same. So the debit card completely changed causing every auto pay accounts to need updating, our monthly rent payment has been on a two day "researching it" endless problem. Terrible service. Terrible transition.

Went in to Bothel office to pay off mom’s car. Stopped at bank and got a 10000 stack of 100s counted in front of me by machine at bank but when they counted them at harborstone behind the counter where I could not see they said it was short 100 dollars. I know it was not short. Watched the bank count the money and I also counted at harborstone myself. Not sure if cashier pocketed the 100 or machine was off count but I know I was shorted 100. Don’t see why these big companies feel the need to take from the little guy constantly but I felt I had to y something. Was ignored by cashier at harborstone when I told him about the difference in count. Charged me the extra 100 anyway.
