So helpful and friendly
I needed a smaller size and it costed a lot to return due to my location and the staff were really friendly and helpful with what to do, cannot fault the customer service at all

Beautiful quality item
Bought this for a friend's birthday and he loved it. Beautiful quality but I would definitely size down as its very over sized. The material is thick, warm and just top notch. He is 5 foot 11 inches and very slim - I got a Medium but should have bought a Small. Still fine to wear though

Overall great shop
I ordered an embroidered hoodie. The quality is amazing, the design and embroidery very stunning. Shipping was quick and I encountered no problems. Definitely worth the price tag.
