Their servers work, but they also include a very responsive human customer service. This makes them praiseworthy to my mind. I'll unlikely go with any other server provider any time soon.

Chris, my dude. This fella was the best person i could ever get service from. Super fast response, super happy to help and just the best person ever. Cheap and looks to be amazing servers, i paid today and will try it, but seems to be very stable. Just 5/5 everything 👏🏽

Experience was nice and smooth. The UI is new and took a bit to adapt to but is really user friendly. I talked to support for a small issue on setup and they were really helpful and clear. Also very human hahaha. Anyways I definitely recommend.

If you're looking for a great place to set up your Minecraft server or any sever for your games Haptic is perfect They'll help you with any questions or concerns at almost any time They are very patient and kind when helping you and you rarely have issues with the servers going down 100/10 experience

Slightly lagging at times but I think palworld is still needing optimizing on their part
