The process was simple and the support and follow up was great! My provider, Garrick, knew my history and my concerns and could tell he had looked into our appointment prior to. I spoke with Artist after my results appointment and he did a great job explaining insurance and really took time to understand what was important to me. I’m very happy with Happy Sleep!

Working with happy sleep has been great. They never pressured me into treatment I wasn’t ready for and allowed me to wait for my benefits to improve. Working with Artist was especially great. He answered all my questions and helped me every step.

I had my initial contact with Happy Sleep back in March, and was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. The diagnostic rings they provide are an excellent diagnostic option, highly recommended. After a consultation with the FNP (Sara is great!!!) she provided several options for treatment and I chose an over the counter mouthpiece device for improved breathing and reduction of snoring. It worked great for several months, but it recently broke, not uncommon for these lower priced solutions. Even though I hadn't talked with Sara in several months, I reached out via email and got an immediate response, with more information about the options available, and other welcome advice. This all occurred 'after the sale', not as a second paid consultation. I haven't decided how to proceed yet, but I have decided to continue to work through Happy Sleep. Sara has been incredibly helpful, and it's obvious the company has employees who care about the patients, not just turning a profit. A++ recommendation.

I have had an excellent experience with Happy Sleep and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with sleep apnea or trying to navigate sleep testing and treatment. What really separates Happy Sleep is the personal attention. Sara sleep specilist and Artist customer coordinator have both been outstanding throughout the process. They have been responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure everything is handled correctly rather than simply pushing me through the system. The entire experience has also been much more convenient than the traditional sleep clinic process. The virtual appointments, at-home sleep testing, insurance coordination, and ability to communicate with the team made something that could have been complicated much easier to manage. I especially appreciated how thoroughly my results were evaluated. They looked beyond simply diagnosing sleep apnea and paid attention to the overall sleep data, oxygen levels, symptoms, and what type of therapy would actually be appropriate for me. When questions came up regarding my bilevel equipment, prescription, and settings, Sara and Art helped me work through the process and coordinate the different pieces involved. That level of follow-through is important because sleep apnea treatment involves more than getting a machine. There are physicians, insurance companies, equipment providers, prescriptions, settings, and compliance requirements involved, and it can become frustrating very quickly if nobody takes ownership. Sara and Art made me feel like I had people on my side who actually cared about getting the treatment right. Happy Sleep has taken a process that can normally be confusing and inconvenient and made it much more accessible and personal. The combination of telehealth, at-home testing, detailed evaluation, and excellent support has been impressive. Thank you to Sara, Artist, and the entire Happy Sleep team. I would absolutely recommend them.

When my doctor suggested a sleep study, I was not looking forward to it. A search led me to Happy Sleep, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Sarah is a fantastic clinician—I really enjoyed my appointments with her! She took time to make sure she answered all my questions. The app and the ring were easy to use to track my sleep, and there were a variety of options for treatment. My care coordinator Artist is so helpful and friendly, and it’s great to know that if I have questions about anything, there’s a real person ready to help. I’d highly recommend Happy Sleep!!

Easy to schedule, plenty of time to ask questions and have a thorough discussion with providers. Straight forward visits with solutions!
