I like their high tech approach to addressing the debilitating effects of sleep apnea. Other approaches are a single night sleep study. You can’t diagnose and monitor treatments with one test. Happy Sleep uses a state of the art wearable so you can test every night and better monitor behavior and devices and the impact they have on your sleep. The team is very talented and helpful.

A fast moving company, was not much of a wait time to get the sleep ring to start. Very informative on how to use, what to expect. After the sleep ring trial, I was explained in medical terms and smaller terms if I did not understand on what I was experiencing during my sleep. Would definitely recommend
