Emailed questions and never got a response. Disappointed./

I’ve emailed 3 times about my undelivered package and I have yet to hear anything back.

Ordered my socks on July 23 and am still waiting,tried tracking and no information

I placed an order a few weeks ago and only received a confirmation order which said that I'd get an email when it was shipped. I never heard anything else. I've written many emails asking for help and even messaged them on their facebook page. They don't have a phone number so I really am not sure what to do. This is actually the second request I've had for a review. I thought there was probably just a mix up so I didn't want to give a poor review but when the second request came I felt as if I had no choice.

I’ve written 3 emails on the support link and never had a reply. On Monday March 1st I ordered socks and paid for express delivery to have them shipped in 2-3 days. It’s now March 8 and I have no idea of my order has been shipped . The tracking number I received “ cannot be found” . Very frustrating!

I ordered socks as stocking stuffers in 11/29/20. As of 12/22/20, they still have not shipped. I have received zero updates and if they aren’t here for Christmas, what’s the point of me purchasing.

No response filed a dispute.
